Shuttle Launch

I still remember the seeing the Challenger tragedy as a child. To think about the many people vested in the outcome of any mission’s success, most critically it’s crew’s successful launch and return, makes this image even more amazing.

Don’t. Click. It. Seriously, don’t.

Saw this about two years ago and it’s really evolved since then. Early on, the novelty is not to click but digging deeper into the “Explore” section presents some innovative interactions that I can see very useful as we move toward large, high-res, multi-touch displays and away from keyboards and pointers.

Spender vs. Tightwad

Researchers have discovered the particular brain activity which will predict whether a person will buy or not buy a particular item.
