NYTimes has an interactive graphic illustrating the recent attacks in Mumbai. This is a tragic event that hits home as my mother grew up in Mumbai (formerly Bombay) and lived with my grandmother for a period at the Taj Hotel where she was a manager. (Currently the Taj is on fire as a result of multiple explosions throughout the day and night.)
In a time of tragedy and chaos, I’d like to believe infographics like this provide some solace by quickly and effectively clarifying what’s going.
