Change.gov: The future of open government?
Possibly the future face of open government (as open a government can be), Change.gov is currently the transition site of President-Elect Obama. The site calls for suggestions and clearly outlines the future administration’s agenda; The economy being numero uno, of course.
I silently hoped Obama would take his web team to Washington to be the centerpiece of their communication strategy and it’s starting to look like that. There’s something sacred about Sunday morning radio addresses, but let’s face it, it’s RSS, podcasts and YouTube that are really going to keep an open channel between the Oval Office and American citizens.
