Favorite Things: Go West
Technically not my ‘hood, but a block or so north of me begins West Queen West (or what we just call, Queen West) my favorite neighbourhood in the city, featured in this New York Times travel piece.
The article covers off some personal faves including MoCCA and Czhehoski (where I celebrated my birthday last year) but fails to mention other great spots including Chippy’s (best fish and chips in town), San (original, well-priced Thai) and the Nutty Chocolatier (no need to explain here) to name a few. If you’re ever in Toronto on a Sunday, you’ll find me around this area pretty regularly.
