Great Service = Great Experience

I just came back from a relaxing weekend in Niagara for a friend’s bachelor party. The weekend was filled with a lot of events but it really began and ended with some quality service from the Marriott Fallsview hotel. Though the complimentary valet, champagne and breakfast were all great, the true service came from their staff’s willingness to go the extra mile. No request was turned down and there was no shortage of helpful staff from the evening manager down to the maid who gave us extra towels within one minute of us asking.

This kind of treatment was certainly over the top but it’s amazing how even a smiling streetcar driver or grocer bagging your food can do to your experience with that businesses. Hotels are built to set the standard in customer service and I’m proud to say that this particular hotel definitley went the distance. It’s nice when you can just relax, have a beer and truly feel taken care of.
