“I don’t believe it!”

Neither did me and my cousins, Chuck.  And yeah, the Raps win this one behind some solid OT play by Chris Bosh.

MUJI

Awww yea! MUJI is coming to America! (And hopefully Canada?)

Don’t. Click. It. Seriously, don’t.

Saw this about two years ago and it’s really evolved since then. Early on, the novelty is not to click but digging deeper into the “Explore” section presents some innovative interactions that I can see very useful as we move toward large, high-res, multi-touch displays and away from keyboards and pointers.

LA Lukers

By the way, one thing I can say after watching all these Lakers games is that Luke Walton is the winning key here. When he’s healthy the Lakers win. Period. He creates open shots with his totally underrated passing and he’s sick from the perimeter. He dribble-drives like a guard and collapses defenses as good [...]

Grizz vs Lake Show

Though I’m a bit of a Lakers fan, I said to myself before I sat down to watch last night’s game “this is it for Kobe, he’ll jack up 29 shots and knock down maybe 10.” Well, I was close.
But Bryant’s poor play shouldn’t overshadow the effort by a young Memphis team playing [...]

Collection of Style

H&M launches it’s new line, Collection of Style. H&M, in my opinion, is the JetBlue of the fashion industry, offering low-cost, high-fashion clothing. COS differs from it’s sister-brand by offering higher quality materials at only a small increase in price. (I imagine if JetBlue had an executive class this would be the analogy I would [...]

Adidas, Arenas, Athlete

In case you’re wondering, the background music in Gilbert Arenas’ ‘Impossible is Nothing’ ad is the title track from Athlete’s 2005 album, Tourist. There was a time it was in heavy rotation on my iPod and if you listen to the chorus it’s somewhat appropriate for the ad.

Recipe: Hangover Omelet

I needed a place to start storing my growing collection of home-made successes in the kitchen so I figured this was as good a place as any.
Today’s triumph was what I’ll dub Hangover Omelet. Not because it will help you get over one but because I was in rough shape when I made it.
Ingredients:

1 avocado
1/4 [...]

Gel2007

With my itinerary officially booked I think it’s safe to announce that I’ll be attending Gel2007 this April in NYC. I’ve been a subscriber of Mark Hurst’s Good Experience newsletter for a couple years now so it will be exciting to attend the two-day workshop/speaker-based conference he hosts.
If you’re attending leave a comment and we [...]
